In our case, it began at a small desk, with an idea far too big for the moment we were living in. When I founded IT Drone Services, I had no laboratory. No investors. No hundred-strong team of engineers. I had something rarer and more valuable: an unshakable conviction that the future of security, infrastructure, and aerial autonomy would be written by those who dared to build — not only by those who already dominated the market. Many people looked at it and said: "this is too big for you." And I quietly agreed. It really was too big. But God doesn't call us to what already fits inside us. He calls us to what only works if we trust Him at every step of the way. And even today, when I look at everything being built, I know I'm still standing in that same place: dependent, attentive, and upright by grace alone. The Nights Nobody Sees There are the victories that, when they happen, appear in the photos. And there are the late nights nobody sees. The Mondays when the code doesn't compile. The Fridays when a server crashes at exactly the wrong time. The Sundays when the family is asleep and I keep going — because I know that stopping now means letting go of something still being born. That is the phase we are in. A phase of intense construction, of deep planting. Every line of code carries weight. Every technical decision carries strategic weight. Every "no" I receive, I turn into study for the next "yes." On every one of those nights, faith has been what sustains me — not a naive faith, the kind that believes without acting, but the faith of someone who keeps building even without yet seeing the result. The faith of someone who wakes up the next day and starts again, because he knows that the season of harvest belongs to God, but the season of planting belongs to us. "For we walk by faith, not by sight." — 2 Corinthians 5:7 That verse is not wall decoration. It is a pillar. It is what holds me when the weight of what we're building feels heavier than my strength for that day. What We Are Building Right Now Today, inside IT Drone Services, we are building something that just a few years ago felt like fiction: autonomous drones guided by proprietary artificial intelligence, developed in the United Kingdom, trained to see the world with the precision of a human expert — and the speed of a machine. I am in this construction every single day. Refining architectures. Training models. Testing. Failing. Correcting. Going back to the start when needed. And starting over — because excellence is not what you do once, it's what you repeat until it becomes standard. Our product line covers the most critical fronts of modern aerial autonomy — and each one is in active development: UICS — Autonomous perimeter surveillance and critical-asset security Lone Eagle — Intelligent obstacle detection and avoidance for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) flight USUPER — Counter-drone (C-UAS): detect, classify, and neutralize hostile aerial threats AIRR Inspection — Automated inspection of critical infrastructure (bridges, power grids, rail, energy) Precision Agriculture — Crop health, livestock, irrigation, pest detection Each of these products is the fruit of hundreds of hard decisions. Architectures rebuilt from scratch. Hypotheses abandoned. Late nights restarted. And there is still a long road ahead. I'm not here to say I've arrived — I'm here to say I haven't stopped. And I will not stop. Resilience as a Method Resilience, to me, has never been a motivational speech. It is a method. A discipline. The daily choice to treat every failure as data, not as a verdict. When a model fails after hours of training, I have two options: blame the machine or read the log. When a potential client says "not now", I have two options: feel offended or come back better prepared. When a path collapses, I have two options: quit or rebuild with more wisdom. I always choose the second. Every day. Including the days when choosing costs me dearly. Because resilience isn't the absence of falling. It's the exact science of getting back up fast enough that the fall never becomes your identity. Persistence — The World's Most Underrated Virtue We live in a time that celebrates overnight success. But nobody ever builds anything real overnight. You build by waking up early for years on end. By saying "no" to distractions that looked like opportunities. By refining the same detail for the hundredth time, until it's right. What we're building at IT Drone Services is exactly that: the accumulated result of thousands of small acts of persistence. No lucky break. No shortcut. Just the silent sum of days when I chose to continue. And that is why I believe — with my heart in the right place — that the victories beginning to appear today are only the first fruit of a tree whose roots are still deepening. The best, truly, is yet to come. And I believe that not out of naivety, but because I know the root. Legacy: Why This Matters At the end of the day, I don't want IT Drone Services to be remembered only for its technology. Technology ages. Models get replaced. Hardware becomes obsolete. What doesn't age is the legacy. I want my children, one day, to look back and see that their father didn't give up when it got hard. That he built something serious, with ethics, with faith, with work. That he treated every client with honesty. That he paid the price without shortcuts. That he honored every promise — even the small ones. Legacy isn't what you leave in a bank account. It's what you leave in people's memory and in your family's heart. And every day, inside this company, this is the question that guides me: what will I deliver today that will still be standing twenty years from now? The Faith That Moves Us Nothing being built here is being done alone. Every door that opens, opens at the right time. Every partner who shows up, shows up at the right moment. Every "no" I receive prepares me for the "yes" that will come later. I am grateful. Deeply grateful. Grateful to God, first. Grateful to my family, who endures the absences. Grateful to the clients who trust us even as we are still growing. Grateful to the partners who bet on the vision before the numbers. And grateful, too, to difficulty. Because it is difficulty that teaches me, each week, how to build with deep roots. What Comes Next We are entering a new phase. More ambitious. More technological. More international. Our drones are learning to see, to decide, to react, and to learn — autonomously, in real time, with data sovereignty in the United Kingdom. The first signs of harvest are beginning to appear. Small, quiet, but real. And they are not the end of the story — they are the silent confirmation that the path is right. Every small breakthrough is the consequence of years of faith, resilience, and persistence that nobody ever saw. And yet, no matter how sophisticated the technology becomes, the fuel is the same as it was on day one: Faith. Resilience. Persistence. Legacy.
